No. All images created begin as digital photographs taken with the Nikon Z8 camera operated by me. I use Nikkor lenses and Godox flash units. For aerial photos and video I use a DJI Air 3S drone.

Images are edited by me using Adobe Lightroom Classic and Adope Photoshop software. For rush service requests I may hire an external person to complete the editing process.

My goal is to accurately portray the features, amenities and condition of the property as it exists, so that when you show your listing to your client there are no surprises.

Note: digital images are routinely edited to enhance scene brightness and to accurately display colors present in the scene.

Click on any of the Schedule Appointment buttons. The system will walk you through creating your agent profile and if you are ready to order services it will ask you to provide the address of your listing.

Note: as you start typing the address of your listing Google will suggest a complete address. Please select that address (i.e. do not manually over-write the Google suggestion, otherwise you will be unable to complete the order page checkout process).

Photo pricing is based on the square footage of the listing. Other services are available for a flat fee. You can view the current services offered and pricing by clicking on a Schedule Appointment button.

My goal is to collaborate with you from the very beginning to ensure you are ordering the media services that will fit your listing and your budget.

I am generally available during business hours but I am flexible so I encourage you to call me to discuss your schedule and your listing. I will do my best to accommodate you.
