Photography
Interior and exterior digital photographs portray the living space and its unique amenities. Traditional daytime and twilight sessions offered (twilight is for exterior views only).
Service includes digital editing.
Photography and Video pricing is based on the square footage of your listing. Click ‘Schedule Appointment’ to view full service menu and pricing.
Video - Interior & Exterior
A video tour of the living space and amenities will give the buyer the most compelling views of the living space before they visit the property with you.
Set to music. Total run time approximately 1.5-2 minutes.
Virtual Walk Through Tour
Photographs and a digital scan of the interior spaces are combined with a 2D floor plan to create a virtual tour of the interior of the home.
Buyers click icons on the floor plan which display the photograph and vantage point within the room. Each display window shows the photograph, the name of the room and the dimensions of the room.
Allows for quick review of rooms of most interest to the buyer. Includes a Home Report which summarizes number of rooms, room dimensions, square footage, and gross living area.
(Tour requires purchase of Photography)
3D (Three Dimensional) Floor Plans- All interior spaces are shown in relation to each other and are virtually furnished to provide the buyer a more realistic view compared to the 2D Floor Plan. A good choice for properties that are unoccupied or under construction. (48 hour delivery)
Twilight Photography
Exterior digital photographs taken during ‘golden hour’ provide a warm presentation of the home and showcase its amenities such as landscape lighting, swimming pools, hot tubs and gazebos.
Service includes digital editing.
Floor Plans
Floor plans provide an overview of the total square footage which helps customers to decide if the layout of the property appeals to them and meets their needs.
2D (Two-dimensional) Floor Plans – Simple schematic representation of the property layout. Includes room measurements to give the buyer an understanding of the living spaces. (24 hour delivery)
Drone Photography
The unique bird’s eye view provided by aerial photographs helps the buyer to get a complete picture of the home in relation to its immediate surroundings.
Each drone photography package includes up to 10 high-resolution images.
Daytime and twilight sessions offered.
As the remote pilot responsible for the session I reserve the right to re-schedule if I determine that weather conditions or other factors exist which would create an unsafe flight.
Drone photo and video services are temporarily unavailable due to equipment shortages related to on-going U.S. Customs and Border Protection activities. I am hopeful the shortages will be alleviated soon. Update to follow.

Aerial video gives buyers unique, compelling views of the home’s location, its unique amenities, and its proximity to other properties and nearby attractions such as a beach.
Daytime and twilight sessions offered.

Social Media Reels
Shot in the vertical perspective, reels provide an impactful way to warmly introduce yourself while providing an abbreviated but memorable video tour of your listings.
In our social media age, reels should also be an integral component of your self-promotion and branding strategy.
Typical reel run time is 30 seconds.
